The worry is we’ve had 13 leave the squad. Then with Bogle & Traore leaving that’ll be 15. We’ve brought in 4 players - I honestly don’t care about Bogle & Traore leaving, to be honest I’d rather us sell them than the others and I don’t think we need to replace the numbers like for like but we’re less than 3 weeks away and we need 7-8 players at least. I’m not sure that’s doable with or without a takeover.

I would like to have seen him given a good run of games in pre season too.

Could be a case of CW having to wheel and deal to free up funds somewhere though with no offers forthcoming for Anel & Souza.

I don't think it will sadly. Maybe 5 or 6 million for Bogle with some potential add ones later down the line and we only paid a million or so up front for Traore (the original deal was apparently massively performance based and nowhere close to the £4m reported).

Should be enough in fees and wages to allow us to bring 3 or 4 players in you'd have thought.

We need to sell Anel and Souza ASAP.. they're no good here and why wait for a ridiculous offer that may come end of August when a sensible offer now will do.
