His penalty wasn't very well placed. It didn't need to as the goalkeeper went the other way, but was that 50/50 chance, or did Porter send him that way?

so just ignore how he charged the defender down and got into the box ? I suppose that was lucky too .

No - he did really well to charge it down then his cross deflected off the defender with the keeper already moving to his right to cover the cross.
