Wait till he finds out I vote Tory and sometimes UKIP tactically to keep out the Labour candidate!!!!
I care little for your voting habits, though I find your self-rightousness highly amusing...
It was an interesting one with Blackman and Moore. Blackman was injured, so Moore had to do enough to replace him as #1 and I don't think he did that. And where do you draw the line in terms of a mistake? Does it only count as a mistake if it leads to a goal conceded? Moore's biggest mistake in the Hull game went unpunished.
Can’t see Wilder dropping CCV, it would give out a message to the players “if you make a bad mistake then you’re dropped’.
CCV has been pretty impressive so far. The best 3 seem to be
OConnell- CCV - Basham
It’s like telling Billy Sharp “if you miss 2 consecutive penalties then you’re dropped”.
It’s the performances over a spell of games that count, not a 1 off bad error in a game.
To be fair all the centre backs seem decent and I’m sure Wright or even Stearnan will do a good job.
And a further possible factor is that after several minutes struggling to live with Fulham, the 2 quick goals from them led to something not seen for a while - I thought most of the team (not Fleck, Leon, JOC) lost their confidence, and for a while players did not make themselves available for a pass or have the confidence to play their normal game. The do-or-die approach in the second-half kept us going, but I wonder if CW/AK will be looking for a starting eleven of players they know will be confident. It’s not just the mistake, after it you could see it affected him and it’s all part of the learning and growing process to learn to put it behind you and keep doing what you were doing. I felt his head dropped and it affected the remainder of his match. I am suggesting he is taken away from the pressure for a game to make sure that error doesn’t turn into a run of bad form.
I understand the thoughts on getting dropped after one error, and agree, but on the other hand there are several lads in this squad kicking their heels, desperate to play. If they can’t get a chance after someone's loss of form then when can they? And then they lose interest.
It’s a tough world, and as a young lad he would learn from that. But all being said, Wilder may well keep him in.
Blackman
Basham CCV JOC
Baldock Carruthers Fleck Stevens
Duffy
Sharp Clarke
Thinking they'll have one biggun up there (likely Gallager) so CCV's physicality needed. Albeit tough on Wright.
And I'd have Carruthers in as tempo-setter. Which would be tough on Lundstram who did nowt wrong, but just that Carruthers better placed to keep quickly moving the ball around a la Coutts IMO.
(Regardless, Chris said that Duffy took a knock, so that might force his hand re the no 10 role, probably meaning both Lundstram & Carruthers in.)

TBF, when JOC made a couple of mistakes early last season he was on the bench. His job to get back in, same with EEL who never quite managed to get back. I rate CCV though, it seems Wilder has a pretty significant decision to makeCan’t see Wilder dropping CCV, it would give out a message to the players “if you make a bad mistake then you’re dropped’.

I think you’re right, and I think that Tufty’s statement about Duff taking a knock was to allow him to leave Duff out for a game without appearing to have pulled him on performance - straight after the game he did say that he thought Duff hadn’t been his usual self.
Regarding Lundy - he did OK in the middle, but leaving him at RB at the end against Sessegnon and Ojo was a bit of a failure! His attempts to block goals 4 and 5 were somewhat amateurish to say the least. Let’s hope we have a proper right back in for tomorrow cos Bash didn’t cover himself in glory for the 3rd goal either.
So your final thought of:-
Blackman
Basham CCV JOC
Baldock Lundstram Fleck Stevens
Carruthers
Sharp. Clarke
looks the most likely start to me.
