Couldn't help noticing last night that the coaching staff were alot more involved in giving players instruction.
I dont know if this is McSheffrey or the other one but definitely alot more autocracy seams to be given to the coaching staff on the bench .

Its a positive step for me , more sets of eyes and more communication cant be a bad thing .
