Get fucked. The only way a despised team of scumbags like West Ham could get someone of Tevez' stature is by bending the rules and concealing information from the Premier League. Perhaps we won't get back into the Prem for next season, but if you need a player like Tevez to keep you up, you're not going to be staying there very much longer either. If you read the legal documents regarding the case, there is no precedent set. Therefore, who's to say a fine "should" be the punishment? There is however, a quote saying that had the case been investigated in January, points could have been deducted but the panel felt it was "unfair" on your poor little West Ham fans.

Tables turned, you'd feel a bit aggrieved but the difference is, I wouldn't be on the West Ham forums shouting my mouth off because I knew we'd got away with a very light punishment.

Anyway, we're bored of the same old arguments. Thread closed. We're happy for people to discuss the matter... but it seems it cannot be discussed without some chuff on the wind up sticking their oar in. As soon as a thread disolves into abuse... we're going to lock it.
