I'm not Brian The Blade - honestly. But it seems such a shame we are letting the season fizzle out like this, great one though its been, and I feel disappointed with the way we've fallen away since Christmas.

I don't want to blame Chris or the lads, because I think they've given us everything they could have done. But I'm angry and hurt and want to lash out at someone, or something, and I don't really mind who it is.

I think I'm going to take it out on the Board because I still believe that if they'd have put hand a bit deeper into pocket in January we'd have been good enough to get a top 2 finish. But I don't know who on the Board to lash out at?

I think the main reason why we've been absent from top flight football for so long is down to the blundering old fool on the board, so I might want to lash out at him. But he's like a favourite Uncle isn't he? You groan at his crap jokes and he's downright embarrassing at times, but then, when you're least expecting it, he puts a hand in his cardigan pocket and pulls out a Werther's original for you, and you go...awww! love him! he means the best.

Then there's the foreign contingent on the board. Now they'd be much easier to hate because they're foreign, full-stop. Anyone who's not from round here deserves to be treated with suspicion. If they don't look like us and talk like us, it can't be reight can it? But I suppose if they've got loads of dosh to give us we'll tolerate 'em. The thing about these foreigners on our board is we don't really know if they've got a lot of dosh to give us or not. They don't appear to have given us much dosh so far - but then again, we don't have all the facts and I think our club would be in a far worse state if they hadn't have been here, helping to prop it up over the past 6 or 7 years.

So, all this leaves me even more confused, but still angry and wanting to protest about something, but not sure what.

I think I'll get myself off down to Bramall lane today and start my protest in the car park. You're welcome to join me - and I'll give some more thought as to what it is exactly I'm going to be protesting about. I suppose if I can't come up with anything we could always have a conga instead?

Maybe protest about austerity. We Blades know a thing or two about that over the decades.

Or maybe the plight in Yemen exacerbated by the Saudis.

Or better still, protest against left wing nutters who are making Labour a joke and keeping a shoddy disgraceful government in power without a meaningful fight.

Or even better still, the price of the crap beer in the Platinum Suite.

The problem you have is you're not spreading your anger wide enough. Try to aim your anger at the ticket office and season ticket issues too, perhaps chuck in a kit based issue (we haven't announced a new one for at least a month)

What about making us fag addicts walk from one end of the back of the SS to the other at half time to have a drag. No fucker takes any notice but the new rule caused plenty of outrage.

Yeah, and preferably with a spelling error.

There was a group of fans at the Premier League darts on Thursday night all wearing home made 'bullseye' based t-shirts with the slogan 'Come and look at what you could of won' :rolleyes:
 
I would like to protest about the club's timely acknowledgement that I have renewed my season tickets through the direct debit finance option.

Last year, I signed up with Zebra Finance and they told me that my application to pay for two seats on credit had been approved, but it took the club itself a bloody age to send out their official recognition of my renewals. This left me in a state of some anxiety, as I was unsure whether or not my prime seats behind the home dugout (secured on our relegation to the 3rd Division) had actually been retained.

This time the bloody club has confirmed my renewal, in writing, by post, within two business days of my payment, thereby depriving me of the opportunity to protest about their poor communications with FANS.

I feel I should take ACTION of some kind. But I have been comprehensively let down by Foxy.

Would readers care to advise ?
