We need to be rebuilding with younger players and all the signs are that he's gonna repeat the mistakes that brought Woolford,Hammond, Sammon et al here in the first place.
There are loads of left backs in the bottom 2 divisions better than McEverley, maybe we can't afford them, I don't know. But we could have had Morsey on lower wages than Hammond but he went for the one 10 years older and I get the feeling he's gonna make the same mistakes this summer.
Obviously we need a nucleus of more experienced players but they ought to be ones with something to offer like Brayford, Baptiste, Sharp not ones that are over the hill.
But then again I accept I don't understand and I don't see all the hidden extras 30+ year old players bring !
