To be perfectly honest I can't be that arsed, it's now perfectly clear to everyone what the end game is here, whether it comes in the next month, the summer, or in the lead up to xmas it's compo for Nigel and his staff and we all cross our fingers the board finally get it right with the next appointment.

The teeth grinding annoyance is we will still be stuck in the third division whilst the inevitable soap opera plays out.

Oh go on, I dismissed what you said earlier thinking it was a bit OTT and I was wrong to do so, recognising now you may well have a point. Happy (unfortunately) to put my hands up on that one. As I said somewhere else on the Forum, the next game is critical.

I'd agree if there was equal balance when things are going right. Some revel in the disappointment and it's more important they are right than anything else.

I hate the diatribe, am a confirmed optimist, a clapper indeed, but I dismissed HG earlier, thinking that we would provide a better performance than the last couple of recent games. We didn't, from all accounts,and I am struggling to come to an opinion given I haven't been to the matches this week. So all opinions welcomed or me, be they flagellation or not.

A tactically placed decoy to draw fire from the team's (Turner's?) performance today. Poor bloke's getting a lot of grief that maybe could be directed towards the players, the ones who actually played in the game.

Not denying the performance was dire today and the players deserve nothing but flack. It's just the way this bloke seemed to make matters worse. Like he was thinking - I know, these 18,000 people didn't see that shit I'll remind em they've just lost 2-1 and send em home happy?
