If it's down to the player I would imagine it will depend in part on whether Farke has a good relationship with this lad from Farkes time at Norwich but he'd have only been young when Farke was there?

We can offer more first team football than Leeds can I'd imagine.

Who knows what he’d want and which club he’d rather join. I was just making the point that I think we’d be able to match Leeds’ wage offer given that it would be based on us only buying him if promoted.

Also, he wouldn’t be the first player to choose us over Leeds and we’ve even signed Leeds’ best players in the past!

Sheffield is a much easier commute from Nottingham compared to Leeds

That’s very harsh .. I have never paid a sub for his you tube preview of games .. review of games or transfer news .. yes there are patreon members but even the Sheffield United Way who also produce great content that’s blades related have their patreon .. can’t blame the Blades Ramble or The Sheffield United Way to seek investment . Keep up the good content !!!

I only know what he told me, Irish.

He was in the Peace Gardens at the time charging tourists £1 each for photographs. To be faid, he did do them a discount at 50p each if they let him in on the photo.

Would be pleased for him to come to you. Currently not getting a look in and no. 5 in the pecking order. Could do with the game time. Not 100% what sort of defender he will be yet, needs to become physically more dominant and not lightening but definitely got something

Would he be coming in to start every game for you now souttar is out?

He'd be coming in to start.

Souttar was exceptional at this level, the best centre half we've had in years. Totally dominant in the air, no nonsense physicality but could also play it on the deck. There's little chance we can replace him like-for-like.

The strongest rumours for a replacement so far have been Omobamidele and Woolfenden (Ipswich).

Omo played a fair few games for you last season due to injury, what were your thoughts on him?
Was chatting to a Norwich fan recently who said he rated him, very decent on the floor, but was a bit surprised he fetched £11m for them.
 
He was very decent but overall we were weak at the back and conceded a lot of crosses and corners. I'd like to think he has a future with us now that seems stable.

He moves across the pitch well for a CB if you know what I mean. He does blunder around the place. Means his positioning is pretty good. Get the feeling he could develop onto a classy CB.

The aerial dominance is probably a question mark but against championship attackers I would hope he would be more confident in being aggressive.

Seems a really nice quiet guy, just want him to get game time and confidence
