I think Rothwell is shite and Robbo was a League 1 player at best.

I don’t rate Brooks as highly as others, but that doesn’t mean I think we should be a team full of reliable plodders who like a pint.

Good wingers like Brooks have peaks and troughs. Great ones do not.

Even Yamal has been inconsistent through the world cup. It's part and parcel of being a winger. We certainly can't replace Brooks with better for £8m. Or even a winger more consistent, unless you mean consistently ineffective.

I reckon over the last 50 odd years ive been watching united there's a few hundred that were more overrated than Brooks. Apart from Ohare and Bamford he must have been close to player of season. Just think of all those who played along side of him last season and count how many of those were/are vastly overrated.

Or that financial black hole thats been left after spending 10m on Cannon, 20m on Brewster, 18m on McBurnie 10m on Moose etc....thata 60m there with no dosh in return.

The mind boggles that our recruitment and management team thought Cannon was worth 10m to buy and Brooks 8m to sell. Thats where a big part of the problem lies

50 - 60% of the quoted figure will be incentive based and the same applies for the players signed last season

Keep on making signings like Doherty & Rothwell etc and the players can 'shuffle' out on to the pitch to this tune in the coming season/s!
