He's put in the apprenticeship and it's now his turn to be the gaffer at the Academy. Good thing from his perspective is that the ones above him (Hecky and Lester) were recently there and believe in it so will be placing a lot of emphasis on it as will be the club as a whole. Important job for Delboy and he's has to produce but he knows the clubs DNA and I think he will do a cracking job. Well deserved appointment.
