Oviously doesnt or wed make a profit ,,, wouldnt we
have a look at our policing bill compared to gillingham walsall etc
So in your eyes it doesn't matter how many come through the turnstiles whether it's Manchester Utd, Sheffield Utd or North Ferriby United because after policing and stewarding costs we all earn the same. These may be just examples but do you now realise how stupid your argument looks?

We live in Englands 5th biggest city
last census in 2011 revealed 555000 registered inhabitants
saying halfs red half blue thatsa 275000 population
and then theres 20000 students

if we get 20000 turn up, its about 7 percent or 1 in 15 turn up

burnley are getting 15000, in a town of 82000 thats 1 in 7 turn up so in any pub in burnley saturday night 1 in 7 go to games while in a sheffield pub its 1 in 15

BTL just tends to make up stats to back his arguments as he goes along and prays no one notices.

You can make statistics 'prove' anything - I should know! Burnley is an odd analogy. They're having an 'uplift' after being in the PL and now mounting a promotion challenge. Average crowd this season? 16,177. You state that 'half's red, half's blue, 20k students etc.' but Sheffield has two top-level teams, ice hockey, major concerts, huge shopping facilities, cinemas, etc. etc. In short, a multitude of alternative attractions to compete with football. Have you ever been to Burnley? Sheep shagging and 'spot the retard' vie with football for 'entertainment'. Also the quoted population of Sheffield being '555,000' is highly contentious, a bit like claiming Sheffield is in South Yorkshire or Manchester United play in Manchester. Also, Burnley have a large catchment area, a history of actually winning anything etc.

Isn't Bristol a better comparison? 428,100 is the stated population. Two teams, rugby, a plethora of attractions (including sheep shagging) and City's average this season - despite finishing as Champions of Div. One last season, playing in a higher league and having financial backing that isn't a fantasy - 15,098.

Every player has a price regardless of the size of the club. Your arguments getting thinner....... Next

2 years ago in our division we paid 301,466 basic policing costs
compared to bradford 71768,, clubs as small as york paid under 10 grand
just one big club cost that clobbers us

Yes we have bigger policing costs than other league one clubs but what part don't you get that these costs are far outweighed by the turnstile revenue we get. It isn't rocket science!!

not on their own but added together
how much do you think we pay global stewards
what are our insurance premiums
ground staff , shop staff , maintenance restaurants , all much larger costs than v walsall or crewe etc

hence the annual loss , ergo no much bigger resources

You honestly don't think we have much bigger resources than Crewe?

we have no spare resources
we cant shit miracles with the 9 million we get from gate money
our bigger squad gobbles that up in no time

if crewe get just short 3 m gate money their running costs might never hit 3m we overspend every year

Bolton , just been in the prem for a long time , theyv ve surely got lots more resources than crewe, youd think

By my reckoning the longest (so far) that we have EVER been out of the top 2 divisions is 5 years. So well done McCabe and Adkins, I am sure we going to achieve a new record this year.

Well put it this way, if we are still in League 1 next season, then we must surely be the biggest club in England to have spent so many consecutive seasons in the third tier, surpassing even the pigs!

So you think our resources and Crewe's resources are very similar?

And you expect anyone to take you seriously?

As I've said twice before. We have far larger resources. How we choose to spend it is irelevant. Which bit do you not understand?
