Anyone know which pubs might be showing it? Most of them in town don't show local matches in case the meatheads turn up and start a riot :(

Just had a little bet on the Blades to win......3-1 odds seems good to me.

Erm... don't Walkabout have Setanta?

Yeah, but pubs in town don't show local matches, in case of violence from idiots :(

Well, some might... but Walkabout don't. Neither do the Common Room.

I know plenty of pubs that would show it around this side of Sheffield... but don't know if any of them have Setanta.

Cheers guys. I reckon I'll end up listening on the radio at home :)

Everyones welcome round our house. I've invited four lads round and Mrs BB is well pissed off!!!:D

Another couple of hundred won't make a difference.:D

Early team news.......

Howard & Montgomery (both hamstring), Bennett (illness) & Kilgallon all doubtful v Hull.
O'Toole, Beattie, Lupoli, Bromby & Ward cup-tied

:)

Thats 3/4s of the team lol! :D

if we get a result up there then it will be up there with the best all season!

I'm sure I saw Foxy's boots in the car, just in case they wanted him to have a game :D

There is a rumour... floating around... that we are only able to name two subs on the bench tonight.

The reserves played last night.... but surely we could fill our bench with the kids instead of not having anyone?!

i've tried to work things out and have come up with the following:

Paddy
Naughton Morgs Walker Naysmith
Cotts Hendrie Monty Quinn
Webber Halford

Subs: Sharp, Sun and Haber

Team news .....

Kenny, Halford, Naysmith, Cotterill, Morgan, Hendrie, Howard, Sharp, S. Quinn, Naughton, Walker. Subs: Bennett, Sun, Tahar, K. Quinn, Starosta.

Five out of seven on the bench ..... I WILL get to the pub ...... I WILL get to the pub .......

though, my throat hurt.

lets hope we can kick on in second half.

just coming back out...up the blades!

Pathetic refereeing that was a stone wall penalty.

Oh well same old crap as usual in the FA cup.

Why do we always end up in contro in the cup lol???

I really cant fault he team effort considering the amount of first choicers cup tied.suspended etc.

I thought Hull were shit & deserve to be relegated.

Lucky to go through due to refereering mistakes. I hate saying it or putting it down to officials. :(

My throat kills an'all... some proper linesman abuse going off.

Every Blade went mental when they replayed their "goal"... to us it never look over the line. It bounced from the underside of the bar and then out from what we saw. The linesman bottled it and hadn't got a clue what was going off throughout the game... numerous times we saw him guessing which way a throw-in should be awarded, thing is... those things don't often cost us a goal.

I'm surprised Halford didn't chin him and the referee the way it was going.

But still... saves us some money and we didn't have to suffer extra time in the land of scrubbers and smackheads.

From one angle you could see the white chalk kick up from the balls impact. How on earth could the linesman be sure the ball was completely over considering the speed of events? And the no penalty decision and booking of Sharpe was a disgrace. But why does it always happen to United? The officials appeared biased throughout the game. We said to some Hull fans before the game that we would lose unluckily in controversial circumstances because WE ALWAYS DO. Having watched the Blades for over half a century that has always been the case. Whens our luck going to change?

They managed to dig up one angle where it did look like the ball had crossed the line, as there appeared to be a little green strip between the ball and the line. It did look like it was taken by satellite, or had been photoshopped though.

The defining one for me though is directly along the touchline, where it's absolutely clear that the ball hadn't completely crossed the line.

What the ferk Kyle thought he was doing though, I don't know.
