We were piss poor at defending crosses last season and have done nothing to address it so far. We also need more pace and power in the team. 7th-10th unless we strengthen.

Keep squad as is with the needed 2 or 3 additions and we finish somewhere in top 4. Sell assets and go cheap and we struggle to get play offs.

Bit early for predictions given much could change to the squad between now and when the window closes. But on paper we should be top two in my view, assuming we make some decent signings for competition for places and add some much needed quality to LCB and if Berge leaves then RCM also can't just be Norwood without competition.

Those that saying we'll finish 7th or below haven't seen much Championship football in my view, it's not a good standard and not many teams have a better squad than ours, if any in my view. We've got 20 plus goal strikers up top, two decent centre mids in Fleck and Norwood, assuming Berge leaves, Bash is quality as is Egan it's just the LCB role that needs more quality as I said, not that Robinson can't do a job at this level also. I think we'll also benefit from having the bulk of last seasons squad together because the players know each others games and are a close nit sw=quad, we're not having to bed in multiple new players like Fulham will have to do.
