Apart from the sponsor cock up on the shoulders, I don't mind it.

As you say though, kits are the main thing.

If our away kit was yellow with yellow shorts and yellow socks, yellow trim, a yellow sponsor, a yellow badge, mandatory yellow boots and yellow skin paint so we look like a fucking Simpsons XI, I still wouldn't stoop to chanting that insanely irritating chant. I hate it.

Can’t remember who we played now, but in the last season of the championship we had someone at home in a yellow away shirt. Their fans sang it all game. Very odd behaviour and the closest I’ve come to wanting to dish out some kidney punches on Bramall Lane, after.

Yeah, that's the more premium option I assume. Hopefully that carries on to the kits.

Worst thing about the training stuff is always the awful monochrome badges that have a different shade of background on them to the rest of the shirt, just stick a white transfer straight onto the grey shirt, or use the proper badge, the different colour grey on grey looks awful

17/18(?) we had proper cut out vinyl badges, they were great. Next best thing to a proper badge.

Not sure if they still do it but these kinds used to have a faux woven texture on the black and red backgrounds which made them look like shit, that's on top of the colour match being off.

Template kits have been a thing for donkey's years, a lot of kits people really like are templates, just fortuitously for us at that time the template suited us.

I'd imagine the last time one of our kits was entirely designed by someone from Sheffield United was in the 1970s.

Acid mint should surely be a garish pea green colour, this shade of green should be called '1990's kitchen'.

Probably way off with what it will be, but I've had a go (Tin hat on).
I've used actual Adidas templates so these would all be feasible.
I think these are the optimal thicknesses for the red & white. To many, they'll all look the same, but there are subtle differences between them all - mainly with the trim/Adidas stripes positioning - on shoulders or down the sides. Collars also vary.
