Morning all

Welcome back to the Premier League. Well deserved.

Looking forward to your two games vs West Ham......

Enjoy our new stadium when you visit, I'm sure you will like it. They only away fans I have seen run it down are WHU but that is hardly a surprise.

Good luck for the season ahead. Beat the 6 bottom teams home and away and that is 36 points. Home and dry.

Cheers mate, we're not all hostile on here. I'm really looking forward to visiting WHL, if I can get a ticket with my modest amount of loyalty points.

Good luck for the season, Spurs are one of those teams that I've always liked to watch and see do well, hopefully you'll win the prem next year only dropping points to us.

Cheers mate.

I was a bit surprised as when I have posted here very occasionally in the past it has always been very friendly....I thought I must have taken a wrong turn somewhere.

Posting in the wrong thread is not helping my cause much though!

Let me know if you need any advice when the fixture list comes out...there are usually ways and means of securing a ticket.

Think everyone is a little overwhelmed by out new found status in the PL, combined with our ownership wrangle threatening the harmony. Some posters do get overly wound up by a post in the wrong thread too, which is odd.

Cheers for the offer of advice, I'll probably take you up on that, I would potentially be attending with my Spurs supporting boss which might make things easier.

Spurs away is one I'm hoping to do next season. My son is obsessed with Dele Ali for some reason.

How about a variation of this as the away kit? Yellow instead of white, with one red and one black horizontal stripe? (Flamengo away kit)

Take it you meant Red & White Horizontal stripes?

Homage to this badboy:

Itd look liek a watford kit! In fact it'll probably be the watford kit!

That flamengo one, exactly the same with black replacing navy would be a superb shirt imo

the thickness of the stripes is of crucial.. nay religious, importance )
I agree about the thickness of the stripes, however, if it had the same down the back, I'd be happy with it, especially in comparison to this year's abomination.

To give it a Brexit analogy, I'm not in favour of the stance 'no stripes are better than bad stripes'. :)

You said Red and BLACK

Apologies, got confused - thought you were questioning the orientation of the stripes!

But i did mean Red and Black - personally think they work better with the yellow, never been a fan of White and Yellow together.

Similar to the kit you quoted, but different.

I'd be disappointed if I was a Southampton fan.

Literally nothing about that works. The Saints badge and UA logo are too far over, the patterning on the middle stripe is out of place, the sponsor doesn't fit and it looks like Redmond has put his GPS bra on over the top of his shirt rather than under it.

All-in-all that's an absolute abominations. Spot on for the Scummers though.

Realised watching the Sunderland game last night that adidas are actually capable of providing shirts with stripes on the sleeves.

That with the stripes reversed would be fine.
I want stripes back on the bloody sleeves!!!

I think it looks like a texture error in FIFA and the shoulders haven't loaded.

It's awful, there were warning signs that Under Armour were going to go batshit after last year though, the shoulder block, the weird collar, the pointless little box around their logo, the most low effort 3rd kit ever.

17/18 was reyt nice though for them, so I'd be digging that one out of the airing cupboard if I was a Saints fan.
