There seems to be two games tonight, sorry for confusion.

Juniors @ Halls Road
Reserves @ Farsley

We only found out about Farsley today, and queried the Halls Road, and no one seemed to know about it at all. Have asked again since you posted this and now been told there are two games.

Not a good start - reserves lost 2-0 at Farsley Celtic.

As many of my posts start at midnight I know it is hard to have a conversation but an open thanks to all who try to fill in some of the blanks for me and the rest of us out here abouts. I am hoping to see some of you at the Lion this Christmas as I have just booked into the new hotel. So, if you can find me, the first round is on me. I am just thrilled to know I get to visit the Lane again.

Any sign of life in the reserves or was it just a light work-out?

There were some quite tasty tackles coming in from the Farsley lot which riled certain people (Nicky Travis, I'm looking at you) so the Blades didn't seem to commit too much to the game. No sign of any of the older reserves.

One thing to note is Nicky Travis' attitude towards the referee. He can be slightly vocal at times and while it's good to show a bit of passion, the ref is only going to be sympathetic to so many calls of "fucking hell referee" before he starts cautioning.

Something to stamp out.
