just on way towards motorways, much better second half. Gutted for Halford not getting his hattrick in the end.

Kyle Walker had a solid game, Hendo played well again.

Just hope the driver plays a blinder and gets us home quick.

Believe it or not, a West Ham Fan came and sat next to me, complete with west ham cap on his head!

Heard there were a number of hammers fans at the game apparently.

Seems like the result didn't turn out as they wanted.

Yawn...

I'd be interested to see the penalty again... as from where I was sitting, it looked as though Killa couldn't have headed it any more between the eyes if he'd have tried.

Cotterill had an abysmal first half but came into the game more in the second... making runs and getting crosses in. He's as bloody nesh as owt though, even when balls are running loose he won't put a foot in.

Walker played well apart from a few foul throws through rushing. Halford had a good game... playing on both wings at times and then being pushed up front for his hattrick, which he was very unlucky not to get right at the end.

Monty was his usual battling self. Naughton looked a bit out of the game at times in the centre of midfield. Morgs, Killa and SJH dealt with most things well.

Henderson lead the line as well as he did on Saturday. Sharp had another frustrating night but seemed to pick up after he'd scored. Hendrie didn't really have time to do much.

Highlight of the night: the players' strip tease after the match. Cheers lads!

Lowlight of the night: someone who loved the sound of their own voice that much on our coach that they wouldn't BLOODY SHUT UP AND LET US SLEEP!

The classic game of two halves. To be honest we looked like a cobbled together team first half, players out of position and others playing their first real game for a while. When they decided second half to have a go instead of waiting for it to happen, they could've quite easily got 6 or 7.

Positives - Kyle Walker had a pretty assured debut. Good cross for Halfords second (even if the keeper did dither on coming for it) and a steady all round game. T'other Kyle looked as though he wasn't sure what he was supposed to be doing in the first half, but settled very nicely into the role second half. Took the goal well and then went a bit nuts (understandable, I suppose). Halford looks to me like an essential for any team, able to fill in and do a decent job in several different positions. Good finish from Sharp for his goal and the biggest compliment I can pay him is that the way he took it reminded me of Keith Edwards!!

Negatives - Cotterill looks completely shot confidence wise. Picked up a little bit second half, but still looks woeful at times. And Linz is right, he couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding! The penalty looked very harsh but I'll reserve full condemnation until I see it again.

Highlight of the night! - My lads arse over tit display over the seats! Classic! :D :D

I looked all over... couldn't find them bloody coaches ;)

(For the uninitiated... we had two announcements to tell us the coaches were behind the stand we were sitting in and not back at the market.

I don't know what they take us Northerners for... but the fact the bloody coaches were parked across the exit of the stand might have given us a clue that upon exit, the coaches were behind the stand!)

I believe a steward told him to.

The goals are here:

And their fans are raving about that corner :D

I must have done something drastically wrong because i have just sat through 3 adverts before the match came on!

just watched it.

1st goal was a rayt finish from Halford, looped over into the only part of the net their players did not have covered.

2nd goal was a decent move, Cotterill wins a header, someone knocks it forward to Henderson, then he cuts it inside for Sharp to just get there before defender and keeper with a good finish.

3rd Good counter attack with pace, poor effort by Cotterill, then a scarmble which Naughton eventually puts away.

4th was erm, not shown for some stupid reason, fcking ITV always cutting corners, they done it when they had the Premiership, they do it with Leagues 1 and 2 now they are doing it with the FA cup.

If i pay my TV licence i want the BBC to have rights for the FA cup, not these glory shagging tossers at ITV.

Believe it or not, a West Ham Fan came and sat next to me, complete with west ham cap on his head!

I thought it was only my eyes because nobody else seemed to notice!

I was waiting for something to kick off with him, surprised nobody tried to flatten him to be honest.
