Sid James told me we've spend 1.26m so far this season.
And I trust Sid James.

At least one of those figures is way wide of the mark
it's not the fees these days.. it is the wages
I must say I was surprised by those two fees but read the article, it is very authoritative. Sorry I don't know how to link it. The other thread is a belter anyway.
not me selling the club I love as cheapskates , hope I never sink that lowI don't even know where to start with that. Utter nonsense but I suppose that's par for the course with you.
not me selling the club I love as cheapskates , hope I never sink that low
I also don't get what's "insulting" to United about reporting lower fees: surely that should be considered as praise for doing good deals?
What a rock bottom opinion you have of United .. frightening some of our fans gutter view of our club.
Wednesday fans have got you hook line and sinker believing their propaganda
What are the correct figures then Danny and have you been given them by the club?
He'll tell you, but first can you answer this quick survey...
Don't get why if we buy anyone why some blades always go with the rockiest of rock bottom price option .not just low but insultingly low . Wednesday fans love it we defile our club so much calling our selves tight wads when we got out of league one spending among the top 2 or 3 budgets. So why say we spent less than half we did on Stearman for instance .
great stuffFees cost money as do wages. High fees naturally mean high wages as the two are perceived as value based.
No fee at all can mean even higher wages as the player is equivalent to a free agent and there is big value to the buying club if there is no fee.
Players nearing the end of their contract often cost low fee and higher wages.
Demand and supply insists there are no cheap options these days. Fees are expensive and wages even more so.
Rarely do players in demand take pay cuts, far from it.
Does all that cover your point super pig?
