Name 2 realistic suggestions for signings for next season, we all have in idea of who may be moving on as part of the rebuild. Who would you like to see coming in?

I’ll start with Amario Cozier-Duberry a winger with previously links to us. On loan at Bolton from Brighton, 8 goals and 10 assists in the league. Would likely be a season long loan.

Harry Souttar, l was firmly in the don’t touch him with a barge pole camp until watching him vs Millwall. Sounds like he was rock solid again yesterday helping Leicester to a rare clean sheet. A risk worth taking for someone we know is exactly the type of player we are desperate for? Would hopefully bring Tanganga up a notch or two being alongside him.
I'd bring his mate Osei tutu aswell. Great foils for each other.
Doubt either would come mind
Desperately need Souttar back.Leadership has been sadly lacking for a couple of seasons at least.
🤔

There's a deal with Souttar that works for all parties involved and that's we take him on loan but pay all his wages. Helps Leicester reduce costs, lets us add a player we really need/want and gives us some security regarding his injury - if he can't recapture his form (and I personally don't see why he wouldn't) or has a series of smaller follow up injuries then we aren't stuck with him on a 3-4 year contract.

Much rather we broke the bank for Souttar than Phillips.

I don't blame you for trying, but people gave to understand that we can't pay PL wages under SCR..We will have mud ranking Championship income,so our costs have to fit to this.

Player trading counts as income though, so say you are happy to lose Hamer, Brooks and probably Peck, we could probably have Souttar.

How much will he be on? Sportrac had him on £2m a year last season (~£40,000 a week) - if he had a relegation clause it could have dropped further.

I'd definitely be happy selling Hamer & Peck to bring Souttar back. I'd be looking to offload Campbell, Chong & McGuinness as well to make room. Souttar & Tanganga as a back two would be lovely.

But its also worth understanding that we have got numerous PL salaries off our wage bill already with the release or loans ending of Davies, Ings, Mee, Jairo, Phillips, Hoever, Hjlede and not to mention we were paying Godfrey an unholy amount up until Xmas and whatever Barry was also costing.

My guess is there's money for a couple of high wage recruits and Souttar ( for better or worse) could be one alongside Phillips.

It’s a big gamble to get rid of 2 players who have played most weeks in midfield for us and swap them for a someone who’s just had multiple operations and played 26 games in the last 3 seasons.

Don't come on here with well reasoned logic.

We need to take needlesss financial risks, to show 'ambition'.
Any caution is just 'small time thinking'.
