Thread hijackers

It's clear that threads are being hijacked by a small number of people who repeat their already much-debated views whatever the topic. That's fine, you can't stop them from doing it, but it is only has any impact if people respond to their posts. So let's stop replying, however outrageous the comments may be, and they'll hopefully soon find something else to do. Worst case you only have to skip the odd message, rather than the 4/5 pages of replies / counter arguments that are routinely posted.

It wouldnt, the forum becomes unreadable as threads descend into the usual bollocks but you only see one side of the argument

I've tried to pick out constructive dissenters and Ignore the haters and the miserati. There is a danger of only hearing one side but ask yourself how often the person you're considering Ignoring has posted something that adds to the debate, and take it from there.

I'd pick out alcoblade as an example of someone I often disagree with but who clearly has high standards for the club, and has taught me a thing or two

I for one are grateful that since the asylums have closed that S24su.com has become a safe and open environment for people who may, in the past become lost in a nightmare of burocracy.

Without a place to go, some of these unfortunate people, misfits that society would rather not admit to would be sat rocking in the corner of a grey, featureless room smearing the wall with their own shit.
