No Baxter is now putting effort in instead of the free ride he was on ,he looks a much better player for it. I do worry that he will go back into comfort zone mode though and that wouldn't be enough. Joe Hart is wank too but Long is even worse.

Music to my ears Sitwell!!! Sorry I mixed you up with Judge, easy mistake!!??.:)

At 2-0 down yesterday, I felt like leaving. And not because we were 2-0 down.

Plenty did, it seemed.

My most vivid memory from yesterday was, soon after the restart after we'd gone 2-0 down, & Baxter misplaced a pass. He had fury heaped on him. He dropped his head (literally) & wearily jogged back into position.

For Jose to go on & put in a MOM performance suggests that he's found a new level over recent weeks, not just consistency-wise, but in terms of character too.

I think the game just about summed up our luck of late, they hit the post twice and score, we hit the post three times and get nothing.......:tumbleweed:

At some point you have to conclude that continually missing chances is not always bad luck but bad finishing, another area to be addressed on the training field.
