This is the squad id like to see us play this season, I think it would work cos theres bit of nearly everything speed power skill etc anyone think of a better squad without people who aren't at the club feel free to post it

I would put Basham instead of Collins , Hammond in the centre (based on the fact my mate who is a Leicester season ticket holder rates him so he must have more to offer than what we have seen !), Done instead of Sammon , agree with what you have done with Sammon up front ie big/little but he just isn't good enough or prolific enough and imho Done would outscore him over a season . If we need to bring him on then so be it but only as a striker and NOT a winger !!
My selection would also differ if by some miracle we could get JW or TK remotely fit ! Would also be tempted to try bringing DCL back from Northampton to play alongside Sharp and have Done on the right wing and JCR as am impact sub . Maybe just maybe he might be worth a punt ..

If Long was a keeper we'd signed rather than brought through the academy he'd have been binned 2 years ago. He might make a decent keeper one day but do we really have to pay him a decent wage until he does?

It's not just about Sammon's goals but his physical presence and work rate. I'd play him with either Sharp or Done. There's a good argument for playing either; Billy could do with grabbing a goal for his confidence and Done wants to play as a striker, I think he's unhappy not doing as that's what we bought him for.
NA has to establish who are the best two, as a partnership, even if that means doing the unthinkable and dropping Billy.
