We had several opportunities to score second half, it was more shocking that we didn't given how much of the ball we had and how many chances we had. Oldham barely made into our half after the interval and didn't even get close to scoring second half. Even when they got near to our box they didn't even get close to challenging Howard.
You mean we had several chances to score against 10 men. Yes it was shocking we didn't, I will agree with you there mate. Like I said, I am not looking to argue with fellow blades, but that was indefensible today. Port Vale had showed up our weaknesses, and it was proved today.
On at least two occasions, Wallace fired the ball along the goal line and our players stood still and watched it go past like spectators. Anyone of them sticking a toe out would score!
How did Scougall get a starting spot? The Port Vale match showed that he (along with Flynn in that game) is far too lightweight for League One, it's like men against boys!
