Every fan wants to know what's going on with the 12 point deduction, or why the owners have seemingly decided they don't need to pay the £35m they definitely owe to the Prince.

We got absolutely nothing about it. Just a bunch of corporate American waffle with no insights whatsoever. What a complete load of shite from a total chancer.

He answered that...

By 1919 partners opinion everything is fine for now.
And there will not be any points deductions because COH sports didn't own the club. The club itself is not struggling to pay it's debtors.

But personally I'm not sure how that really flys. Unless they are absolutely sure they have circumnavigated the rules correctly in regards to the EFL and also legal financial law regards to the money owed to the Prince.

I think basically it's still all a game of cat and mouse right now. Unless the Prince manages to get more backing from an authority regards his missing payments they will likely sit tight or slowly have some dialogue with the Prince about some deal to pay him what he's owed.

Technically aside from the fact you should inform the EFL of any ownership structure change they aren't likely to be too bothered about the fact it changed from COH sports to 1919. But it's hard to imagine they would be totally fine about the Prince taking COH sports to court to wind them up over 35m owed to him.

We ain't gonna find out more until something changes. The possible points deduction whether that be 1pt or more will hang over us in some format until there is a full resolution. Which might not even be this season.

He was basically just like: yeah, everything is absolutely fine. And the interviewer was like: well that's great. I wouldn't exactly say that puts our doubts to rest, would you?

I think anyone with even the vaguest sense of moral duty would pay the money he owes, but sadly we have been bought out by yet another fucking charlatan with rock-bottom morals and absolutely no interest in the club.

I absolutely cannot stand this pair of cunts who have taken us over. Shocking owners and even worse human beings.

It absolutely doesn't put it to rest.

Because I think Rosen even knows, it's not done with. Almost hinted at it.

I can't say what sort of human beings they are. The Prince wasn't an angel either.

Think we just have to wait and see what happens. It is a mess, but it's unclear yet how it all unfolds.
But the strategy for this summers transfer dealings leaves alot to be desired.
Course we don't want to breach spending rules but equally the lack of re-investment is quite startling.

Hearing Wilders presser yesterday about what he's dealt with. I'm guessing that since the end of last season his transfer budget and stance has changed on a monthly then weekly basis. I think as the summer progressed with the court cases and perhaps investments, they realised that we have to make x amount in sales.
Perhaps had we also sold say Peck we might have seen some players brought in on fees?
