One thing our wisdomous owners haven't considered is, if you sell your top assets and fail to replace them, you are effectively sending your side out to struggle or be stretched most weeks.

If you're hanging players out to dry in that way, they will become disillusioned too and any remaining quality you do have (Tanganga, Cooper, McCallum, Burrows, Peck, Bamford, Campbell) will also risk wanting out.
