We have lost a 3rd of our attacking threat.
 
Losing O'Hare is going to be a triple issue for us.

1. We lose a big player for us.
2. Getting O'Hare into AM seems to be our only hope of not playing 442 every game, which means long ball by-passing the midfield.
3. Cannon will start every game. Maybe it finally clicks, I genuinally want him to do well, I just struggle to see it. Also it reinforces point 2.
 
It’s frightening was bad enough before but it’s left us so exposed now I just can’t see where the goals and assists are going to come from

We've sold our best player, albeit understandably.

We've sold our best young player, flourishing in maturity, creativity, end product and influence. Our young player of the year.

We're now selling our player of the year, potentially. But much more than that, it's what this represents. In an era of static, often unfit or unavailable, older players (Ings, Rothwell, Mee), O'Hare is in his prime, is maturing into a key role for us, is regularly influencing games, is at peak fitness, is a model professional, and has the best work ethic and mentality of the lot.

We're literally shitting the bed and the owners are an embarrassment to this club.

Has 2 years left on his contract (wouldn't be suprised if theres option of a 3rd in our favour).. we absolutely can do something about it. He signed on a free and if he wants to waste the next 2-3 years of his prime time not playing, then he would be mental.

We hold all the cards, unfortunately our owners are not very good at the table.

I’m more gutted about Ndiaye going to Man City and reflecting on what could’ve been.
I like O’Hare but I genuinely think he’s fed up here now (could be wrong) I think we’ve been shoehorning him in on the left and it’s done no good at all. He needs a fresh start and so do we. Good look to him, he a model pro and a good lad… I will have to change my screensaver now though as it’s Cal with my boys currently! Haha.
On the bright side I think it could work in our favour. We are inundated with CM’s. Let’s play a 4-3-3. Phillips running the show and Ollie, Sydie et al stepping up and adding the creativity!

Surely this is doable, especially if the rumours about Cannon are to materialise as well. As it stands both Donovan and BBD can play either side. With 2 new editions we’d be well set. And it would give both the players and fans a very timely boost!
