I think it is a legitimate question to ask whether we have an obligation to sell or offload before we can buy.

Because why on earth would any players want to come to a club going backwards with no clue on how it goes forward?

Look at everything going on at the club, why would you sign up unless a) you've got no other offers from elsewhere or b) you're going to get a massive pay day and nice long contract? Given the budget's we're working with we're only financially attractive to lower league players.
