A big issue for us, if / when we miss out on the top 8 (how ridiculous is that change) and finish 16th to 8th, that might still be enough for him to, again, say he needs another season to improve, that 'it'll be better next season' and many would gladly roll over for it.

Dont get why he says new signings "need a pre season" when we always sign bulk players late? We're already 3 weeks into training and already on tour.

Fitness and tactics aint going to be picked up quick by new players..

Plus not even seeing rumours of signings or anyone close.
