Navigating the new website

Just been on the new website, I can't seem to find where the section is that shows past and current ticket purchases, loyalty points, customer number etc Anybody point me in the right direction please? I click on my account and all it says is welcome back.

• Click 'login' on the right
• I was asked to create a new password, which I did
• On the right instead of 'login' you should see a circle with your initials (I had to refresh the page to get this to happen). If you hover over that (or click, if you're on mobile) you can see your loyalty points, history etc..

This all worked OK for me. It seems that some people may be asked to create a new account.

But in the history drop down, History of loyalty points has gone, just looks like another reskin from a standard template to hide the loss of functionality.

Same here, I literally took me 8 seconds getting the email and putting the number in but apparently its an out of date code.

We havent got the emails the article, said you would get from them asking you to login and change your password yet. Also remember when they changed the website last time they gave you free loyalty points was it 1000?

Cheers, that worked for me. Doesn’t show renewed 26/27 season ticket though.

It sent me a 6 digit code
I entered the code correctly
I entered a new password
It told me I had entered the code incorrectly

After a few goes, rather than changing my password I used my old password and everything worked fine.

I've tried it 4 times now and still getting that message

I think it's chance as to whether it works for you. Keep trying!
After several attempts I found that my loyalty points appear to be correct (as far as I recall)

was joking, no way will I just keep randomly trying stuff. They have to fix this.

I've managed it fine; I did it as a "forgot password" and then reset, using a symbol and included numbers

What were the other bits that you used out of interest? And in what order? And what email address?

I reckon if it worked for you, I'll use the same and that should sort it. Obviously works.
