I can't think of anyone I'd rather play less than these tossers.

Why either side hates the fans of the other simply for sticking up for their club in an issue that neither had no say in is a great illustration of the illogical nature of football fans. It's like Tesco shoppers hating Sainsburys ones because Tesco got sued for misconduct.
.Who cheated again?
I think we dislike their fans because of how they called us moaning bastards and implied that we should have just accepted their cheating and not tried to get justice. Why either side hates the fans of the other simply for sticking up for their club in an issue that neither had no say in is a great illustration of the illogical nature of football fans. I'd be well up for this game, has shades of Villa away last season.

Seems pathetic but football rivalries are fun, eh?
Que them now wanting Wickham to join West Ham cos he's Wednesday through and though.loooool
Get ready for the Wednesday - WHU love fest (what apparently doesn't exist. BOLLOCKS)
Just so we are clear:
"Having originally stated that they would "vigorously defend" themselves against the charges, West Ham's lawyer, Jim Sturman, admitted the club had broken rule U18, a regulation relating to third-party influence over the policies of a team, and B13, which requires all members of the League to act in good faith.
He also outlined how West Ham's former chief executive, Paul Aldridge, had told Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore "a direct lie" over the existence of contracts detailing how the Argentine players were owned by four offshore companies."
Living down here and knowing lots of West Ham fans frankly they're embarrassed. They cheated, got a slap on the wrists, and everyone knows it. Their club has had a certain stench about it since which it didn't have before and it bothers them. They should blame the crooks who were in charge at their club (and make no mistake, that Icelandic slaphead and the fella Duxbury got plenty of stick from the Hammers fans) but they don't like us for blowing the whistle on them.I am genuinely amazed how excited their fans are. They seem to think hammering us, a third division club who are expected to get hammered, will be some of justice and will leave us all crying.

Whatever happened to this fresh joint inquiry into West Ham's further conduct after they were fined £5.5M (I.e. The verbal agreements and "oral cuddles" that allowed Tevez to continue playing)
I've scoured the Internet in vein for the outcome.
It just seems to have been quietly swept under the carpet.
I know they weren't punished further but does anybody know what the official ruling was?

I think some sort of Scousers-for-Heysel style apology from them before kick off might pour some oil on troubled waters.

Not the impression I get from reading their message boards.
The majority view seems to be that we somehow cheated them out of £25M.
E.g. "Smash those lying, deceitful northern bastards out of the cup"
