Our post / pre season tours in the 1960's and early 1970's were crazy.

All helped Dick Wragg climb the FA International committee tree.

Warnock brought us back to earth with totally selfless tours of Cornwall. (I miss those away games at Bodmin)

Zambian airways. That sounds like an airline I definitely don't want to travel with!

Slightly different but in 1975 Derby youth side travelled to Zambia for a schools cup for the Peter Stuyvesant Trophy. Not sure why it was so popular, maybe a cheap and challenging experience or something.

I read somewhere that Shred embarrassed Eddie on more than one occasion, I think something happened at his testimonial fundraiser also when he was the landlord at a pub in Lockerbie.

Woody was Shred's biggest hero and Eddie was second.
