Just been released by pboro,he was captain.Plays all way down the left hand side.He's in sheffield for talks with one of the sheffield clubs,don't know who,very good player.Wants a move back up north closer to where he is from in manchester.

He'd be a very good signing at this level but not quite sure where he would fit in tbh,does anyone know anything else on this.

Propably,as he can tackle and he's very good on the ball

I think we need a decent wide midfield player. Think he's left sided and seem to remember him being good at our level for Peterborough. Hardly plays at Wolves by the looks of it and is 26.

I doubt we're going for him mate, because it seems we're trying to sign players that are currently first teamers at other clubs like Burn etc, hence its taken a while to try and get them in. Might be totally wrong and maybe Adkins has the likes of Rowe as a back up. I'd like a really attacking winger like Nathan Byrne was last season, maybe Taylor of Peterborough?

Great suggestion and would be a realistic loan move at the very least so sorry, Pat, it's a definite no then

Wolves got him for nothing aswell so he wouldn't command a big fee. He has only just come back from a loan spell at Scunthorpe where he played 14 games, don't know how he's played, we could do with one of Roygbiv s' view from threads, although it would be to no avail
