I've been waiting for his sacking ever since 2007 and I just knew he would be sacked one day. I sincerely believed it would be over the "Tevez Affair" and to this day I can't believe such a travesty could take place. It would not have done in a democratic institution rather than a closed shop of greedy members feasting and sucking the lifeblood out of the national sport.

The Premiership rules proved to be totally inadequate in the "Tevez Affair", as confirmed by a judge at court, and it appears the rules don't cover this latest situation. Let's hope he goes and if he does let's have a party!!

The "rules" were fine, the punishments (or rather the perverse reasons for the specific punishments) were not.

Quite apart from WHU and Tevez there's still a question about Liverpool's fielding of a deliberately weakened team against Fulham on

the penultimate Saturday of the season which resulted in a 1-0 win for the Londoners and removed them out of the relegation fight.

In the old Division 1 clubs who fielded deliberately weakened teams were heavily punished. Scudamore is fully responsible for the

absence of such a rule for PL clubs at a time when money is a much bigger factor than it was in former times.

...and it will come as no surprise that Martin Samuel is supporting him.:fattwat:

Among his many hypocritical, puke-making comments is this:

"Still, it’s a funny thing, governance. Takes all sorts. Grant, the sports minister critical of Scudamore, claimed the full monthly expense rate of £1,666.67 for a flat in London, despite having a property in Reigate, where the station is served by 58 London-bound trains daily, with journey times of as little as 49 minutes.

What has this to do with sexism in the workplace? Nothing. It just illustrates what we are now conditioned to find acceptable, and what is a case for resignation."

Der, lying through his teeth over Tevez?

Didn't the judge state that he thought the failure to deduct points was wrong but he had to give a judgement in accordance with the Premier League rules which said a decision can only be overturned if it could be proved to be "irrational or perverse".

I think that was Lord Treisman in the Arbitration panel. Quite how "it wouldn`t be fair on the fans" wasn`t judged irrational or perverse is beyond me

As much as I don't like the bloke for his perverse decision over Tevez, what has he actually said in his e mails, I have genuinely no idea. The only concern I have is that some people are saying that the comments were not that bad, I heard the lady who the remarks were about say this morning, that they hadn't bothered her, so are we just making everything to PC at the moment, and the PC Police are winning the battle of minds.

Scudamore will get no support in S2 due to past history, but there does seem to be an F.A. agenda against him regarding the emails. As Rod Liddle said yesterday in the Sunday Times, isn't it time we all got a bloody life?

His PA is responsible for circulating HIS email, which contained some sexist comments to a lady who not only did not complain, she replied in kind.

Anyone get hurt? No.

I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but it does strike me as very good timing on behalf of the FA that this came out merely days after Scudamore said that he would be against the idea of League 3.

Spot on damski ,fucking laughable ain't it.
FA Fucking Arseholes.
Is there an arsehole thread?

He won't go. It's all bent in reguards to the hearing he is having. Bruce Buck (Chelsea chairman?) is involved and has decided to make it a fair hearing by bringing in some outsiders. The outsiders are a company who deal with the Chelsea PR. It is something along those lines, will try and find the link I read.

Exactly people are just looking for an issue to complain about.

That said Scudamore should not be in charge of the Premier League regardless of what those e-mails were about. The man is a devious twat who would probably steal his own grannies wintergreen.

Sat in stands at OT, watching the cheating bastards beat man ure with a fucking smirk on his face. Would have gladly kicked him in the bollox. Don't care if E-Mails are even fictitious. Get rid, and good riddance.

It was the fact that Scudamore bent the rules to allow West Ham to play Tevez in the last three games AFTER it had been proved that he had been ineligible to play, which stinks.

And then sat with some of the West Ham board on the last game of the season.

I think it's called mutual masturbation.

''West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady believes the former newspaper executive [Scudamore] is not someone who discriminates against women.

"I have known Richard for 20 years and he is categorically not sexist," Brady said. "We have unanimously accepted his apology and contrition at face value."
