Think we're in the kind of mess where you've got to be bold and do something. If nothing changes, nothing changes. As an example: playing Campbell for 60 mins and replacing with Canon for last 30 mins clearly isn't working...

We have something like 35 professional players . I dont care who has some reputation , what each earns or how long they've been here. Absolutely every place in that 1st team needs to be up for grabs.

We tend to give the excuse " they see them in training ".
Fuck we see them on matchday , that's when it matters.
Too many think they're automatic picks , probably why Hamer got benched against Ipswich and the rest of them sulked .

When we go down, and we will go down with this shower, these so called stars will be off quicker than a porn stars undercrackers. I don’t think I’ve ever hated a United side as much as this. An unfit, uncaring set oF spineless mercenaries. We look like a Sunday League side, beer guts, blowing out of their arses after 46 minutes, and tactics to match. I don’t want to go down but it might clear the decks so to speak. Get in young, hungry players wanting to prove themselves. A new manager with fresh ideas, fitness a must. I want this lot to prove us wrong but I don’t see it. Fuck me, it’s depressing.

You can’t do any of that with this Board.
