I know the window is shut but someone told me today that you can still take players who are without clubs or on frees.
If this is true then is there anyone out there worth a shout?

Two stand out to me as screaming Wilder-esque 'I can fix them' types:

  • Injury-prone forward player, with past affiliation with Wednesday: Michail Antonio

  • Injury-prone forward player, who's got a track record of being a massive knobhead (including to our own manager): Patrick Bamford

Jonjo Shelvey and Emmanuel Dennis also strike me as Wilder signings.

Did his time at Watford cross over with Dennis’?

It does stink of one his failed recovery projects.

I'd take Antonio. Maybe between him, Ings and Campbell we can get 90 mins 🤣

CB: Harry Darling (Swansea City) - decent in the air as well as on the deck and still only 25

CB: Axel Tuanzebe (Ipswich Town) - ex-Stoke defender has contract offer from Ipswich but likely to leave. High ceiling, if and when fit.

LB: Amari’i Bell (Luton Town) - athletic and experienced, aged 31, with Premier League minutes under his belt.

RM: Grady Diangana (West Brom) - still only 27 and struggled for consistency but last term was probably his best.

Thought we had signed Ings and Mee? Ah well, must've been my imagination.

Majority of them got signed. Lascelles signed a new contract with Newcastle, he would be a great player at this level.

Michail is decent. Rubbish at taking corners though.

Pointless list.

Counted definitely 17 who signed new deals or got new clubs.

Also all got new clubs.

I'm tellin' thi, If someone could get his head straight there's a £50m pound player in there.

That Sunday afternoon in 2019 under the lights on the telly against Manure, that was special, that was. He was unplayable that day.

Such a shame.
That month he was brilliant. Such a waste.

Hopefully Leicester release Harry Souttar and we pounce on him. Souttar fit for January.

If only 😂😂😂

AI is basically a dodgy search engine if you're not going to put any effort into it!

What’s Ravel Morrison up to these days?
