When he came he said he was going to play fast attacking football, blah, blah, blah.
He does not have a clue, a disaster of a manager who isn’t able to get a tune out of one of the best squads in the division. The players look confused, unsettled and disorientated.
We have lost 5 on the bounce with no glimmer of it getting better tactically.
Go now!

Get rid now

Sorry but he has to go sooner rather than later. Obsessed with a formation that doesnt work. Completely out of his depth. Not capable of managing a championship side. Owners need to take action immediately because no one will want to come and play for him.

Needs to go in my opinion. Doesn't look like we'll get any better. So much for playing fast. All I see is slow side ways passes. Playing hamer in position he has been is criminal. Why would you get him dropping back further than defenders to get ball. You need him further up creating

The one thing I could say having watched 5 games we definitely don’t play attacking football

Hiring a manager who got sacked by a team that only just avoided relegation looks to be a poor decision.

Before today I was willing to give him more time but that was abysmal.

For 35 mins he just watched as Boro's wide players strolled forward in acres of space.

We had 5 players stood in advanced positions but not pressing meaning we were so easily bypassed with one simple pass out wide to an open player. Brooks and Barry absolutely no where near, its the managers job to give instructions or make changes.

If it wasnt for Tanganga we'd have lost that by 4 or 5.

The players look like they have no confidence at all and are routinely messing up simple 5 yard passes that a sunday league player could make.

I think its only a matter of time before hes gone. We're in a division where anyone can beat anyone and yet the mood before today's match was akin to if we were playing Man City.

The manager is the symptom. The decision to make the change and appoint him is the cause. Owners need to quickly accept they are out of their depth making key football-related decisions.

If they believe their own management speak of “take risks and fail fast”, they would realise their error in removing one of the most successful managers in Championship history and ask him, really nicely, to come back. Do that and play-offs are still in reach. Fail to act and relegation is a distinct possibility.
