He will go down as the worst manager in our history. Weir, Adkins, Heath, McEwan, Adams all performed better with poorer squads.
Selles in 3 months has ripped the heart and soul out of a talented, top 6 squad - he's 6 games in and has pretty much destroyed our season.
I was OK with COH adopting a new philosophy as we had the basis of a talented squad plus they have chucked some decent money in to reinforce it.
I'm not saying get Wilder back, but we need a proper manager fast, this clown is finished.

I remember being quite optimistic about Selles when he first joined. It wasn’t that I hated Wilder, but like you say, I was alright with the new philosophy.

Selles has been a fucking disaster. This second half has been genuinely horrible to watch. I’m embarrassed.
