Maguire is a good div 3 player and probably ok div 2 but not cultured enough for premiership. As for the rest too early to tell for me

Maguire I can certainly see having top teams interested in him, but not sure about the rest of the players listed.
We'll see but I doubt many players will be leaving if they are in Cloughs future plans, we can back a manager now we won't just allow all our creative players to leave, not long ago we are talking about signing Brayford.

We were always going to struggle to hang on to Maguire next season whatever, it's become harder now as even bigger clubs will be in for him on the back of his high profile cup displays.

I would be disappointed if any of the others were true as we have stood by a couple of them through bad form and the other has only just arrived

Firstly, Coady has intimated as much in recent interviews he's made on the L'pool site. He has categorically stated that he see's this season as his final chance to impress the L'pool hierarchy, so you can't blame the lad if his sights are set on impressing the club he's signed to. As for Coady recommending other United players, assuming he's done this is it that surprising?

Secondly, without wanting to devalue anyone who claims to be ITK, isn't it obvious that with the success we're having certain players will get noticed and thus interest other clubs? Happens all the time, it's just that we've been poor for so long that to have attracted the interest of other clubs is a novel experience for us. Let's hope we get used to it. The key, of course, is to fend off any interest, unless we're offered astronomical amounts of money, and have a suitable replacement lined up to replace anyone we sell.

To be honest, this isn't a news item for me, just a consequence of our current success, all of which has happened since Nigel Clough was appointed as our manager.

Maguire is not good enough for Man U or Chelski ATM dont think he would enjoy being farmed out on loan
Murphy is not good enough for Liverpool ATM hes hardly been good enough for us according to the masses on here
Flynn see above but maybe good enough to get into Leicesters squad
Scougall hes only been here 5 mins has adapted well but dont think hes good enough for the Prem ATM

Fully agree with this post..

Maguire doesn't have the pace / speed over 5 yards to compete at the highest level - especially not for Man United and Chelsea.
Murphy is not good enough for Liverpool, no chance they would sign him.
Flynn - I can see that as a maybe
Scougal - no chance - cracking prospect, but even in Sunday's game he went missing a bit, seemed a little overawed with the game.

If any of these players did go and play at the very highest level then good luck to them, I'm sure under Clough we would reinvest the money wisely.

Simple. Win the cup and the players are more likely guaranteed European football here. They will not be guaranteed that at any other club. The only thing that seems feasible in the above players is Flynn.
TBH I don't know why I'm bothering about this at this moment. I really don't believe someone stating they are ITK at this time of the season about possible transfers. If Clough does what most believed impossible I would be more worried about losing him.

Maguire will make it to the very top. But not without proving himself to a lesser prem side first. He could potentially rise through the leagues with us but if he did actually leave then we can't really complain. He's looking a cut above at the moment. Doubt Chelsea and Man Utd will be in for him but guess we will see in due time. Here's hoping he stays! (I believe he will)

I don't think it's fair to say let's see if it's game changing if we decide whether to let Maguire go, if a substantial offer comes in and we can spend majority of it on players then maybe it would be better for the team.
