Surprised there’s no individual thread about Wilder going AWOL at the end of the game. As a leader of any organization you lead by example, through good times and in bad. Rather than disappearing down the tunnel as fast as he could (which is what appeared to be the case from s113) he should have pulled the players together and led them to thank the fans rather than leaving them out there to make their own decisions as to what to do. His emotions as a supporter overrode his responsibility as a manager. Totally shameful. Hats off to Hamza being the one who came over first (and stayed last).

I thought it was odd that there was no sign of CW at the end. Hamer seemed to spend a lot of time applauding the fans ( the ones that were left that is) - could have taken it that he was saying 'goodbye' - hope not

Thought Hamza played really well today

Why hope not, he's a fat little cunt that can't play for any longer than 60 minutes
Mind you, he's no different to half the rest of the squad

I was really disappointed that he didn't chin the ref, bollock the players in the centre circle, scream "fuck off" into the Sky camera, and then bare his arse to the fanbase before he scuttled off down the tunnel.

As much as I want him gone, let’s not pretend otherwise, it’s absolutely obvious today hurt him big time. He doesn’t bullshit when he says he’s a fan, unlike Warnock. Or maybe he knows his time with us is probably up.
I bloody well hope so, he was 100% to blame for that. Changed to sitting deep in the second half….again. We battered them by being on the front foot in the first half. How many times, in the second half, did we get wide, in space up the pitch only to stop and recycle across the back - thats an instruction from him, no question.

We've had some great times but he's taken us as far as he can
Ducking out at the end today is wrong of him. 'My club'? Apparently only if it's going well.
35k Blades paid to travel and see that game but he didn't fancy fronting it up when it went wrong.
He's disappointed? We all are.

said hed not spoke to the players at this point

He needs to leave.

He’s had another interview where we’ve bottled a big game and he’s talking about the stats not backing up the result.

This is the bloke who said “you can stick your data”.

He’s a hypocrite and out of his depth.

Some fans buy into the parochialism but the smart ones see straight through it. Get a proper manager in, one we can build a transfer and playing strategy around. Then give them the time and money to implement it.

Wilder’s football this season has been shite, his fitness record has been shite and his ability to spend money is shite. Get rid.

Don’t get fucking Steve Cooper in either, think outside the box for once and ignore the dunces in our fan base.

I don't know what he is watching Hamer wss the best player in the league overall.

Hamer is a game changer and a liter chest code at this level like Ndiaye and Morgan Gibbs White etc.
Yep. Our tactic today was ‘give Hamer the ball and let him do summat’. We did and we scored.

He came off and we looked like a pile of shit and conceded 2. Yet some fans think we’ll replace him and we’ll be fine.

Yep too reliant on him and no plan B it was crying out for Jes today sadly don't think we will see him again gutted as i thought he was a real exciting talent.

We need to. Invest in some real quality going forward now to compete next season is gonna be even tougher with Brum and Wrexham.

First signing for me is Kwame Poku from Peterborough who I wanted last summer. Quality players. He's out of contract this summer and would be some signing for free. My worry is that with us not knowing which division we'd be in next season, other clubs may have already been in talks since January.

This. c£500 to take my boy to the game, which I was happy to do. He berates us for not showing enough pashun or support but flounces off without any acknowledgement of those that made the effort, and did a fantastic job of matching the Mackems (who were as loud as any group of supporters I’ve seen.) He’s a mardy arse classless pillock and I can’t wait to see him gone - total embarrassment who wrongly characterises us all with his petulant behaviour - no wonder everyone hates us
