I have to agree on Peck. I have been critical of his inconsistency, and I now have to eat humble pie.
His occasional lapses have become fewer and I now expect continual improvement from him.

He’s always had bags of confidence and ability. His speed of improvement has surprised me, and I hope he continues to adapt and improve. Turning out to be an outstanding prospect!

Peck has shown great promise. His early season was spoiled by inconsistent performances. I put this down to his youth and exposure to only academy experience. I expected him to show inconsistency throughout the season. I hope it doesn’t jinx him now, but he continues showing promising form since late November.
He continues that improvement despite his lack of experience in the man’s game. My bad.

They are two completely different players. I think when Blaster is fit. Him and Peck would complement each other perfectly.

Blaster was in front of Peck in the pecking order but Blasters injury has given Peck is big chance and he has taken it and then some.

What I like about Peck is that he has a bit of everything you’d want from a Midfielder and complements that with a superb attitude, never runs, never hides and always does stuff with purpose. He is the ideal Sheffield United player and looks like he has been built for that very purpose.

He got singled out for a bit of abuse from the usual fuckwits on social media before the Derby match, (pigs) which is the classic sign they’ve got wind that he is a lot better than anything they’ve got so they turn to abusing him.

The only thing negatives I can find is that firstly he needs a goal and when they comes he’ll get plenty, and the second is he has needed a rest from time to time because playing every minute of every game at the intensity he does is going to burn him out

It seems Cappy says this might not be true. There have been instances in the past where it was.

He’s a good player on the right path, but he doesn’t have it all. Neither does Blaster.

If we’re being super critical Peck lacks goals, doesn’t offer a great deal going forward yet & he could be quicker. Two things that in modern day coaching and sports science he can and will improve. He will become a top player, but to say he has it all im not sure is accurate just yet
