Wilder fighting with Plymouth players in tunnel

He's becoming an embarrassment now. The Rohl song and now this. He's supposed to be our leader. He lacks class. We'll never progress with him in charge. Period. Thank him for his service but we need a progressive young coach.
He's been one for a long while now.

Always been a Wilder fan, but there are times when he shows a lack of class and this part of his character seems to be coming out more this season.

I remember the last time we sacked a manager before the play-offs, it didn't go very well.

No manager is going to turn it all around in the space of a few weeks.
Stick with Wilder.
Agree that it didnt work for us when we sacked Wilson before the play offs but I think Wilder has lost the plot . Noticed in the video of the bust up, the only players that came to his aid were Robbo, Sereki, BBD and maybe one or two more but most of our players didnt want to get involved.

As per another thread… regardless of whether this was just ‘handbags’ or not…. We have a terrible discipline record this season - so this looks bad. I expect a touchline ban for wilder & the next installmentbif our ‘loss of control of our players fine - probably - circa £250k

He did start the whole thing and none of the aftermath would have happened if it wasn’t for him, but I don’t believe he was scrapping down the tunnel. I’ll be fuming though if some of our players get banned for scrapping though because that will be totally on CW.

I mean, it doesn't really take anything for Robbo to get involved. Slight breeze. Bit of heartburn. Passing pigeon.

It looked to me that Wilder started it. They player kind of slightly pushes him away. They're all walking off and Robbo steams in and it kicks off.

im afraid times up chris i was a big fan first time round and he did an unbelievable job for the club when it was at its lowest for years but its just not working now and his antics after both derby games were embarrasing also been reliably told he was swearing non stop at danny rohl at the sty the other week i dont think thats acceptable for a manager of sheffield united we need a younger more progressive manager now wilder has been too negative for too many games this season and explains the poor atmosphere at the lane this season the football is just too dull
Ancient,
The most perfect reply on here by a country mile. My numerous previous posts on here were to a tee of yours. Wilder singing songs with a degree of offence to another professional manager who he was praising prior to the game, is nothing short of vulgar and obscene. He acts like a common street man doing things like this. What does his wife say about his antics like this, because I'm sure that the majority of you on here, me included, would be torn to shreds !

The Plymouth players were acting the cunt in front of the United fans. He had a few words and walked off. Whatever happened later happened but it's a leap to say he instigated it.
Look Chris. Just admit you messed up. Sore loser. Your own doing.

Reading any number of threads on the similar theme it's no longer a 50/50 with regards to CW..
It appears the majority want him gone ,I'm one of them.
Its not football reasons. Teams lose that's fair enough but his conduct surely gives COH fair grounds to suspend him untill the end of the season .
The guy is paid a CEO salary and publically ( on tv ) acts like some pisshead ,any company of any size would not allow this to continue outside football.
It's not if we like him or not , don't respect what he's achieved with the club or disagree with his selections ,he's just bringing the organisation into disrepute .
If so a caretaker could be appointed for the final few games and playoffs .
After that they take it from there .

You are converting the converted ! Anyone else who thinks wilder is still acceptable as a manager, performance wise and conduct wise of a club of this stature steeped in great tradition needs to be in church in the morning praying for forgiveness !

2 Plymouth players (Gyabi and Bundu) seemed to go out of their way to stand right in front of our fans and celebrate/provoke. I don't blame him
It’s a football match. They had to win and did.

When did people get so touchy about the theatre and heroes/pantomime villains in football.

If you lose, just go and get on the coach.

I couldn't care too much about handbags with the Plymouth players, but Il

Who would you suggest we bring in, Howard Wilkinson.

I bet you've got pictures of Siggi Johnson in your wallet.

There is a reason the club has been fined a number of times for out of control players. Discipline starts at the top Wilder clearly doesn't have any, just a Peroni soaked scruffy looking tramp with no class hoping a few more million gets paid into his bank. Fuck him off sharpish, he's bringing Sheffield United into disrepute.
I'm not saying I agree. But 'Peroni soaked scruffy looking tramp' takes some beating

Steve Thompson as well

You’re doing it again. I never said there was evidence. There is none, based on what was seen. But that works both ways doesn’t it. Zero evidence suggests it could then be anything. My point was that until the point where Wilder did what he did, said what he said, there was apparently no issue with any one else.

Apply your last point to Wilder not getting involved.

Let’s see who the authorities hold responsible.
Two Plymouth players goad United fans - "no issue".

Wilder walks over and says a few words - "massive issue".

"When did people get so touchy about the theatre and heroes/pantomime villains in football."

Does this not equally apply to everyone outraged about Wilder having a word?
