Vaping really pisses me off. I have a guy working for me and it’s an extension of his arm, every 30 seconds I hear him do it and I’ve told him numerous times to stop and that he can’t. Tbf I should have given him a written warning but I’m yet to do it that aside he’s had a persistent cough for about 18 months now. Actually worried for the guy.

What's changed is the wokerati have gained ascendancy, cancel culture has taken over, people have been told that if they find something offensive, it is. Kids are told everyone's a winner, so they don't suffer the pain of loss. We've removed the need for human resilience, because if you can't cope there'll be an 'ism" for you, and it's now the state's job to accommodate you.

Problem was that back in your day, there were loads of very bad "isms" that you participated in or ignored that caused loads of very real suffering.

This is the backlash to that. Does it sometimes go too far? Yes. Regardless, is the world a better place now as a result? Yes, just not for those that benefited from the shite we are now rid of - smoking included.

Mate just diagnosed with COPD due to vaping. Experts told him vaping will kill thousands in the future. So many using it including young children scaring their lungs.

It doesn't just scar your lungs, it fills them with oil vapour, and thats not good, it basically will eventually give you pneumonia, but the oil doesn't come out and your body can't deal with it.
Look at what's happening in America...... its just as bad as smoking, could actually be worse.
