We'll have him anorl, although to be fair shirecliffe to Middlewood isn't a long haul flight!Plus his brother is there
Sounds like reyt fuckin cry baby, just like the piggies supporters...Good match they are.View attachment 202528
Not coming cos we were meanies.
Never has a meme been more perfect for their set of fans than this one:I'm already imagining the gloating being wildly disproportionate to the achievement. It'll be as if they've done the double over us, repeated boxing day and pipped us to promotion in the playoffs all in one go.
"Dint get Charles tho, did ya?!"

I think the most important aspect will be whether or not he likes to play for Rohl. If Rohl tells him that he sees him as a key player and the system and playing style suits him, it'll be tough to convince him to come here to be a rotation player.
Eggs are in separate baskets, don’t worryCan we just close this thread and move on.
He'll stay at Wednesday, he is settled there knows everybody and plays every week, add to the fact it would take a massive set of balls to join their main rivals.
Just hope Wilder hasn't put all his eggs in the Charles basket, especially when it was never likely to happen because we desperately need at least one midfielder.
Well no because what you've just posted is just your opinionCan we just close this thread and move on.

That’s 1Peck needs resting
He’s looking very Paggered recently
He’s playing his last game of the grace period tonight, so I guess he’s been focussed on that.I don't think we'd be making bids if we hadn't received any encouragement from his camp, we know Wilder is a good pal of his Agent's so he has a direct line into Shea Charles.
I wouldn't rule us out completely on the grounds that his brother is at Wednesday and he's been there half a season.
If he's ambitious, he might want to put himself into a promotion battle and play with better players.
One major complicating factor is if Röhl is Southampton bound in the Summer.
He may have more influence on the deal than what's obvious.
Not actually sure that is the biggest concern if it’s just a straight loan for the half season…If his 3 options are Southampton,
Wednesday or United I wonder where he’d win more games in the next 4/5 months

I don’t see him as a rotation. Him and Vini would mop everything up. Would allow us to rest players but they would be my starting two and the front 4 could do what they like
Not for me, you start Vini and one of Peck/Davies or ideally you move Hamer in or you get another CM player
You don’t need to be playing two deep mop it up players
Completely agree to this, it’s not a winners mentallyHe’s got the opportunity to play for a side challenging for the title and to carve out a move to the Premier League next season (either with us or another club).
If he’d pass that up for being a big fish in a small pond at Wednesday, can’t deal with the indignation of their fans, or is so attached to Rohl that he can’t leave his side then arguably he doesn’t have the required mentality anyway.
Exactly if he's got anything about him he won't care one bit about moving Accross the city if he feels it's the best move for his careerHe’s got the opportunity to play for a side challenging for the title and to carve out a move to the Premier League next season (either with us or another club).
