Chesterfield Mums; Head-guard up your daughters! McFadzean is about...

Feeling ambivalent to be honest. He put in a few lively performances but I have a problem with his application as a professional footballer (not just bashing women either).

If he does well there and gets his head sorted out fine. Can't say I really rate him so far but then I could say that about most of our squad :( Basically he's got a lot to prove that he's got the right attitude to be a pro footballer. Fortunately he's got a role model in the family but will he listen?

The guy is a drunken thug who hits women - No time for him !
He's not that special on the football field either - Get Rid I say !

Like I said in another thread, I saw him stood outside the corner shop opposite the Copthorne Hotel last weekend loitering about dressing and acting like a chav, the only thing missing was a can of stella. That is a professional footballer of our football club ladies & gents.

But he didn't have a can of Stella ,and how do you define loitering and acting like a chav ?? Maybe he was waiting for someone outside the place he works ? Hes not my favourite player but get some perspective ,this is like the James Beattie alloys drama :(

I see he's dropped out of the Chesterfield lineup today. Anyone know how he's been doing in his loan spell so far?

From what I can gather their fans have not been to impressed with him.

Surprising really, I always thought he was half decent the few times I saw him in a Blades shirt. Think he will be okay for them once he settles.

Not sure he will ever be good enough really. Lacks pace and real ability to be a top class winger. He has shown a flash in about 1 or 2 games but even at reserve level he does not stand out. I think time is running out or has run out for likes of him, Whitehouse, Kennedy, Barry etc. If they cannot do it at lower league one/league two and also Conference (many have been in and out of loan teams) not sure they will ever make it really as league players. Many point to Lowton's late development but he was competing with better players and when he did get in it was at Championship level. None of these are even looking like being close to regulars for a team 5 or 6 places from bottom of league one. Sound harsh but the truth. We are carrying way too many in the squad ( 3 or 4 loan players no better than what we have too) that are just not good enough and many have been around a while now and look no closer to making any impact.
