A BOSS at a top football club was part of a feared mob of Turkish thugs, The Sun can today reveal.
Sheffield United director Selahattin Baki, 38, was filmed boasting of his violent past with Fenerbahce’s notorious hooligan gang Kill For You.
Baki brags of the “non-stop action” and chillingly adds: “Sometimes knives start talking.”
In the 2007 footage, for Danny Dyer’s Real Football Factories, he also admits hurling a flare at friends — because they are fans of Istanbul rivals Galatasaray.
He arrived at League One Blades last month after helping pal Saudi Prince Abdullah bin Mossad buy a 50 per cent stake and was instrumental in the appointment of manager Nigel Clough last month.
After emergency talks with Baki last night, United board member Jim Phipps said: “In the years since those youthful indiscretions, he has demonstrated better judgment.”
On a plus note we are described as 'A top football club'
