This guy's careers going backwards fast.

I remember when YorkBlade interviewed him and he genuinely thought he was Premier League bound.

Being honest, he wasn't far off the first team with us, he had a good loan at Southend, but then came back and quite obviously saw our injury list and thought he should be in the team, he wasn't and then spat his dummy out.

Had he remained, and gone out on another loan he could well be in our first team now, when you look at it.

Hmm....

You look at Arblaster and Peck, them loans could have catapulted him into recognition.
While we have a set up of loaning players out that doesn't mean that it's going to make a first team player every time. The lower leagues and non league has plenty of ex blades academy who followed the same path but didn't have the same success

That's why I said he could well have. You look at Sachdev who's getting games in the cup and subs appearances etc.

Playing for Ross (v Hearts) in middle of a 3 (5) in (front of Amissah)
Booked > 20 minutes for a needless reckless ‘challenge’ 25 yards out on Wilson (18 year old bairn) had his back to goal & going nowhere.
Slow to react for goal - through ball bisecting him & right CB albeit not ‘his’ man (‘responsibility’)
Slow to respond to a direct run from Wilson who got a shot away which was comfortably blocked by Amissah
Couple of decent blocks ‘standing up’ when forwards ran @ him
appears very static & reactive with limited anticipation / reading of the game - does a lot of pointing
Taken off > 75 minutes as County brought forwards on chasing an equaliser (lost 2-0 - 2nd in last minute)
Overall we’re not missing owt
