Is there anyone left supporting Weir?

Well apart from Pinchy that is. Please tell me there isn't a single blade wanting to carry on with this joke.

You will struggle to find louder boo's from 4000 fans than you did tonight.

A very small turn out of fans says it all but when that small turn out of loyal fans shows it's dis-satisfaction in the way we did tonight it speaks volumes. If the board don't act on that then they never will.

Sorry I'm still on board and supporting the manager, unless its Christmas or we are 10 points shy of safety.

Philistines the lot of you. You just don't see the strategic philosophy were adopting to create a relevant club with the development of youth at its core resulting in a long term sustainable successful outcome.

I do, I would love that. It's just not going to be Weir

I thought when we were down to the hard core supporters they all cheered no matter what was happening on the pitch, or that's the line the clappers like to peddle ;)

It's ok saying you're behind him. Why are you behind him?
Thanks, I'm behind him until he falls into the criteria I put forward for when I would look to remove him from his role. Namely, if there aren't signs of improvment by Christmas or we drop 10 point off safety then I'd be having a chat with him about leaving his role.

That's what my mate was telling his 6 year old son tonight, after he announced he didn't want to come anymore.

The youth of today eh? They just don't get it.....:

OK, let me word this different. He has won 1 game this year (against 10 men) I am interested to know why you believe he should be given longer. Given that every game feels like last chance salon for him his players get worse and don't put in a performance to keep him in a job. I need to know why you think this will turn round from here?

I am not being sarcastic, I am seriously looking for hope because I wanted Weir to succeed so badly, however I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel

because I believe if you give someone a role, you have to back your decsion and ensure your expectations have realistic timeframes to come to fruition.

Everything has to be instant, no patience.

Too right Bob. It takes more than the 88 years it's taken us fail to emulate the success of the likes of Wimbledon and Oxford United. Blades fans want everything in an instant.

Come to think of it, in 30 years or so when we manage it, we could probably pick up their trophy cabinets on Ebay.
