Is Tuesday the night to experiment?

Should be able to win this one, Hartlepool have one doubtful and two players suspended they are in the relegation spots in League 2 come on.

So we are in with a fighting chance then..... If we win, watch Weir play it up as if we had beaten Man Utd at OT.

Not so sure that will make any difference as Carlisle had some injuries to contend with and Rovrum weren't at full strength either :o

Sure they battered Mansfield at weekend. And they won last time out at lane, I don't think it will be a walkover but I think well sneak through.
Sneak through. ....ffs

The real reason Weir hasn't been sacked is we're struggling to find the next DW.
KM's little black book has no DW's left.
He doesn't want to turn to plan b just yet and flip back a page to CW.

Is anybody actually going? Do these things cost us money? It must cost more in electricity, wages, other costs than we actually make from it?? Total bloody gimp of a competition. I used to call it the paint pot cup, now i call it the pisspot cup. Though i know it's not actually sponsored by Carling.

If they line up with one striker upfront, and persist in bringing everyone back for corners, then I fear it will be the last straw for Keith Edwards. He will probably explode.

Probably the PissPot Cup because that's the quality of teams competing in the competition !

Don't think they officially join up until later in the week so the likes of King and Long and McGinty could play on a Tuesday night.

I think Torrix1889 is right, I can envisage Weir starting Taylor to give him game time. However, I believe Taylor will begin as a lone front man. Weir will, true to type, stick to his principles again until we are behind then he may, repeat may, go with an additional striker. In all probability he will just take Taylor off and do a one for one replacement. King will probably be on the bench and enter the fray when we are two down to try to rescue the tie.

Anyone think any differently to this?

So more likely penalties then??

Ermintrude, surely? Not Emily.
I realise that your standard MO (prior to Weir game #6 or 7) was to scorn the mockers and doubters but if you are going to join in with your own mockery then let's get some accuracy into it :)
I am a very positive blade , think we will forward very soon , but even sooner when we ditch this experiment on untried coaches

Maybe he should flick forwards to the NW's...
