i have been told the recruitment department are dealing with it . they are going to fast track them so you should get it by Christmas

I was in ticket office on Thursday to get Huddersfield ticket and enquired about when new season card will be sent as I don't have a phone to use NFC ticket. Lady in ticket office said use existing season card from last season as only get a new card if moved seats or changed ticket category eg kid to adult or adult to senior hope this is correct information although I'll be there early enough QPR to sort it if old season card doesn't work
